Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Aydos Hotels & Breeze Restaurant places great importance on the protection and security of your personal data. Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you have the right to:

Request information regarding the processing of your personal data;
Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used accordingly;
Learn the third parties to whom your data has been transferred, domestically or abroad;
Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data;
Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated by law;
Request that any correction or deletion be communicated to third parties to whom your data has been disclosed;
Object to any outcome that is exclusively based on automated processing and produces legal effects concerning you;
Request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

8. How to Exercise Your Rights

You may submit your requests regarding your rights under the KVKK in writing or by any other method permitted under the applicable legislation, together with documents verifying your identity.

Your request will be evaluated and responded to within the time limits specified under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
